On Sunday, 26th of August, 2018 we finally had our Pupcake Day at Wishart Reserve, Hampton East here in Melbourne.
Sunday turned on BRILLIANT weather and, as you can see from the photos, we had a fabulous turnout of people and dogs! It was amazing. With well over 100 people and at least as many dogs - everyone - people included - were really well behaved! Thank you!
We had a large prize donated by Studio Pets - RRP of over $290.00 - for this raffle we capped the tickets for sale to 400 tickets and raised $724.00. The winner was Lisa Foran.
Big thank you to Hayley and Sandra both from Studio Pets for selling tickets as well and to Lucy from Bayside Beaches Real Estate for selling so many!
On the day, we had another raffle where many of our Business Members donated vouchers and physical goods - to the value of over $1800 in total! Thanks to the following businesses for your amazing donations:

This 'on the day raffle' was very successful if a little drawn out - pun intended! And a huge thanks to the fabulous individuals who helped in the lead up and on the day: Leeanne - food co-ordinator, Wendy, Carolyn, Georgie, Mahalia, Bronte, Jo, Sara, Alex, Noah, Felix, Stan, Zachary, Ng, Gillian and Kaylen. Our total raised ON THE DAY was $1241.60 and total raised for the RSPCA to date is $3744.13!! Our aim was $3,000! You wonderful humans! We also managed to raise a total of $414.00 for our other favourite charity - Pets of the Homeless.
Extra special thanks to Petzyo for the 100 sample bags of food we handed out - hope you all loved it! and also to Willow's Pantry for donating super dooper pupcakes.
We had a fabulous coffee van in attendance 2 Girls 1 Truck - highly recommend their coffee and their attention to detail.
Our photo wall - ie photobooth proved popular - we had a supercool Instagram selfie frame made - love it!
